Women’s Day Celebrated at Smt. Ushaben Chandrakant Thakar Women’s College

Smt. Ushaben Chandrakant Thakar Women’s College located at Queta colony Nagpur. Celebrated Women’s Day with great zeal & fervor. The guest of honour was Dr. Sarika Karangutkar of V.M.V. Commerce College Wardhmanagar Nagpur. Principal Dr. R. D Mehta welcomed Dr. Karungutkar by offering floral bouquet. Miss Hina Kausar Sheikh of B.Com II expressed her views that women should be treated equally like her counterparts. Prof. Neha Selarka said that today’s women is a superwomen she has broken all the stereotypes and the conventional moulds and efficiently managing everything single handedly Dr. Karangutkar stated that women’s day should not be celebrated on special day but should be respected in family & society on every day. Dr. R. D. Mehta remarked that Women should not underestimate themselves but should try to empower herself by her innovative skills. Miss Uzma Khan B. Com II conducted the proceedings while Parveen Khatoon proposed a vote of thanks prof. Dr. Nayana Dewani, Prof. Vaishali Chandpurkar, Prof. Dimple Juneja, Prof. Pranjali Nimsatkar & Jani Sir has done hard work for the success of the program & Students in large number attended the program.
